FISHIN’ HAS GOTTEN BETTER…

Water temps in the mornings are around 68deg.  up to around 70deg. in the afternoons..

water clarity is better but still poor.  It is about 20″ and improving.  Best at mid-lake..

White Bass are good around South Long Point to Rock Canyon.  Schools of Whites are still chasing shad into the backs of coves.

1/4 oz. Kastmasters and spoons seem to be the best for Whites..

Whites are also active on the South side of Rattlesnake Island and in the coves of Rattlesnake.

Smallmouth and Blacks are being caught casting crank baits deep around rocky main lake points..using Chrome with blue back crank baits..

Catfish are still OK.. not great yet.  Still waiting on the lake to chill off..

No reports of Walleye this week…

Tell mama that the honey-do list is done & come see us.
