FISHIN’ REPORT WEEK OF 04/06/23
The weather is supposed to be nice this weekend..
The wind has blown like Zeus’ Butt for the last few days.. this has slowed the fishing quite a bit.. but the fishing should improve for this weekend..
No real current reports, I tried to get a few folks out today but not many locals went out..
A few White Bass were caught today, deep off of Long Point using Kastmasters and live Shiners at about 30′.
Also a few Crappie were caught below Damsite Marina with Fathead minnows, again at around 25′ – 30′
No reports on Walleye, or Black Bass..
The water Temps dipped into the low 50s with the cold front and wind… but should return to the upper 50s by this weekend..
The patterns should return to the traditional early Spring patterns in the next day or so..

If I get any reports tomorrow I will post em’..

It is obvious that he saw they were: Dependable — they were Strong — they were Enduring — and they were Cooperative.
They had to be in order to be good fishermen.
