White bass are biting good using swim baits with jig head white and chartreuse 3 1/2 inches.
Drifting with live Shiners has been very productive.. 10 – 15′ down ..
Lots of schools of white bass out in the channel , around rock canyon, south long point and kettle top.
Trolling is productive as well as casting on long points leading to deep water.
Some Whites were caught in Ash Canyon in front of the Damsite Marina
Watch for diving seagulls indicators for feeding schools of white bass, slabs are productive off the bottom jigging.
Walleyes are biting more consistently on soft plastics, and bottom bouncers with worm harness and also crankbaits on gravel points 4 to 15 feet
Not much action on crappie this week.. but we do have live Fathead Minnows so don’t be afraid to try em’
Catfish are still active at the Damsite on cut bait, shrimp and live bluegills..

Yea, the news about the water level projections is not good,, but most of you that have been around here for a few decades know that we go through this every 6 -8 years or so.. Most of the time the water gets really low but the dire projections really don’t materialize… lets hope that history repeats itself..
