Weather is coolin’ down,,, fishin is still hot…

White bass continues to be good around rattle snake, marina del sur , lions beach and shipwreck.
Watch for Seagulls diving over feeding schools, live shad is best bait right now. Alternative bait are live Shiners, sassy shad, slabs, crank baits and kastmasters.

Crappie fishing is good around rocky points leading out to main channel in 10 to 20 ft. Live bait is best, also hitting on small slabs, small kastmasters and jigs.

Walleyes have slowed down, some still being caught out in the channel trolling deep diving crankbaits and soft swimbaits.

Night fishing has been good for the whites and crappie using live Shiners. Also producing Walleyes on Nightcrawlers around the marina using lights.

Large mouth and small mouth bass good around brush and drop-offs using wacky worms, small grubs and plastics in 4 to 25 ft.

Schools have all started and crowds have died down.. weekends are great to come fish.. well, any day is great to come fish!!

We will always have live Shiners, we are not stocking fathead minnows at this time..

we finally got ALL of our gas pumps runnin’ ,, so fillin’ up the boat is a lot easier..
